Vendor bills and receipts are emailed monthly with Owner Statements and are also available through our online Owner Portal.

Pet Damange Protection Guarantee
The Dorman Pet Shield guarantee is offered to all clients of Dorman Real Estate Management. Any damage caused by a pet at the premises that is legally billable to the tenant, which the tenant's security deposit does not cover, Dorman will pay up to $2,500 per pet.

Eviction Cost Protection Guarantee
The Dorman Eviction Shield® Guarantee program is an optional eviction protection plan that Dorman Real Estate Management offers to its owners to help offset the costs of an eviction, should an eviction become necessary during the course of management.

Property Damage Protection Guarantee
This program is for landlords who are worried about tenants damaging their property and offers up to $2,500 in protection. While we do collect a security deposit and screen thoroughly, there are still occasions where tenants cause more damage to a property than the deposit will cover, especially in cases of evictions.

Security Deposit Booster
The Security Deposit Booster© can be added to any of the above service levels. This is a financial arrangement in which Dorman commits additional funds towards the tenant's security deposit, out of our own pockets. This can help safeguard your property against any balances due from the tenant if for any reason move-out charges exceed the securiy deposit balance.cover, especially in cases of evictions.
